Remodel plumbing and repiping in Edmond and the OKC metro
Remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, moving a sink or toilet, or replacing old pipe throughout the house? Remodels and repiping are one of Isaac's specialties. He handles the plumbing side of the job himself, quotes it up front, and leaves the work area clean.
What Isaac handles
- Kitchen remodel plumbing
- Bathroom remodel plumbing
- Moving sinks, toilets and other fixtures to new locations
- Whole-home repiping
When repiping makes sense
Patching one leak at a time can get expensive when the pipe itself is the problem. If you're seeing repeated leaks, low pressure throughout the house, or discolored water, it may be time to look at replacing the pipe instead of repairing it piece by piece.
Opening walls during a remodel is also a good time to replace old supply and drain lines in that area, while they're easy to reach.
Signs your pipes may need replacing
- Leaks that keep coming back in different spots
- Low water pressure throughout the house
- Rusty or discolored water
- Visible corrosion on exposed pipes
How pricing works
There's no trip charge for regular calls, and every job has a $150 minimum. Isaac quotes each job before work starts, and you approve it first. Evenings and weekends are for emergencies only, with a $150 trip charge that's applied to the job if you hire ProSmith. ProSmith Plumbing is licensed (Oklahoma Contractor #00191004), bonded, and insured through Mid America Inc.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work on new construction?
ProSmith Plumbing works on homes and businesses, including remodels and repiping. It does not take on large-scale new residential construction.
Can you move a sink or toilet during a remodel?
Yes. Moving fixtures to new locations is part of the remodel work ProSmith Plumbing does.
How is remodel plumbing priced?
Every remodel is different, so Isaac quotes each job before he starts. If something unexpected turns up once walls are open, like corroded pipe, he shows you what he found and explains any added cost before going further.
Do you charge a trip fee?
Not for regular calls. ProSmith Plumbing has a $150 minimum per job instead of a trip fee. Emergency and after-hours calls carry a $150 trip charge, which is applied to the job if you hire ProSmith for the repair.
What if you find another problem during the repair?
Isaac stops, shows you what he found, explains your options and any added cost, and only does the extra work once you approve it.
